It's not over yet!

Some think that NCLB, high stakes testing, and Reading First are out the door. Nope it is not over yet. The standardistos, politicos, and business folks have a lot to lose. They are pulling out all the stops and we cannot remain complacent. 

In the meanwhile, parents are being told that they must send their students to school on high stakes testing days or their school will lose money. Isn't this EXTORTION?

Watch those P-whatever councils. They are the next wave and the same people who have taken education out of the hands of professional educators are the ones behind these Councils.

Money, power and having control over are at stake for them.

Liberty. We have forgotten, "Liberty and freedom for ALL."
